We have lived and worked in the Delaware county area for over a decade now and love to call this place our home. Although we are a locally owned company, we also have the support and power of a multi-billion dollar company in ServiceMaster Clean. We have maintained top rankings in commercial cleaning in the industry for over 50 years. From our top performing products, to our nationally recognized cleaning systems to our people and values. We are truly a top notch, professional cleaning company that you can rely on. However, we do not see ourselves as just a “commercial cleaning company”, but as a services company. Our focus is to SERVE others and to take care of them as we would ourselves by providing an array of professional cleaning services to commercial and industrial businesses and facilities. Property Managers & Developers
In the past 6 months ServiceMaster has partnered with several property managers, property developers. These companies are building multi-unit buildings, single family dwellings & condos, all over the Columbus, Oh area. These projects are started and developed quickly and need their vendor partners to keep up with the pace while devilering quality service. We have been able to work with these developers and come up with effiecent processes to get their units cleaned up and ready to turn over quickly. So we are developing a specialty in post construction clean up for multi-unit buildings and condos.
